DEFAULT FEES

Unpaid rent

If the rent remain unpaid for 14 days after becoming due, interest will be Chargeable on the total amount outstanding at the rate of 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate payable from the date on which the rent fell due until the date it is paid.

Lost Keys or other Security Devices

with taking landlord’s instructions as well as the preparation and execution

Change of Sharer (tenants request)

Early Termination
